ABOUT
I am so glad you’re here. If you are feeling disconnected from yourself or the life you want to life, you are not alone. In my 13+ years of working alongside people as a registered social worker, much of my work has been focused on supporting people navigating the impacts of sexual assault/abuse, intimate partner violence, life transitions, and the messiness of life in general.
My focus is on de-stigmatizing and de-pathologizing the ways that people learn to survive the hard stuff, and in supporting people in developing new resources and in processing their experiences. My approach has been described as warm, direct, eclectic, and collaborative. I’ve got training in and incorporate many different therapies developed to support trauma reprocessing, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and integrative somatic trauma therapies. Finding the right fit in a therapist is a daunting task!
