ABOUT
I am a Registered Dietitian who specializes in supporting those with eating disorders and disordered eating. I am passionate about empowering individuals to make positive changes for their health and improve their relationship with food. I have specialized training in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-e) and Family Based Therapy (FBT) which guide my work in offering collaborative nutrition counseling.
I offer a free phone consultation so you can learn more about me and my services prior to booking an appointment. Nutrition services are offered virtually and in-person. |
