ABOUT

I have been a Registered Social Worker for over twenty-five years.  I am a compassionate therapist who is dedicated to supporting children and adults through life’s challenges in a warm and welcoming space. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard.

I specialize in helping children express themselves and work through their emotions using play therapy, and in supporting adults who are experiencing anxiety, grief, or life transitions. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and centred on building a trusting relationship, because I believe that healing and growth happen when you feel safe and supported.

I offer in-person therapy in a calm, comfortable setting where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
