ABOUT

Hello, and welcome! Finding a therapist can be a daunting task. We have limited ability to really get a vibe for who they are or how they show up, or their ethics and principles. It’s vulnerable, so let’s sit in that vulnerability together. I am whole heartedly human. I value environmental sustainability and community healing. Global community care is personal and political. I plant my own garlic, and am against using AI (especially for session notes!). My ethics are in everyday alignment with my practice, and my hope is that together we can increase your own personal alignment of your current experiences, with your therapeutic goals. 

To support you in achieving your goals, I gently utilize a combined approach as a Somatic Experiencing Student with training in DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems.  I work with shame, impacts of trauma, family ruptures and repairs, and support pathways for mindful healing from an identity affirming approach.  

I am a harm reductionist, a prison abolitionist, a community-oriented practitioner with years of experience working in high crisis settings. Sessions with me are intentionally neuroaffirming and low barrier to allow space for folks to really feel into their experiences.
