ABOUT

I am a registered psychotherapist (CRPO) and EMDR-trained clinician with a master’s degree in Pastoral Studies (MPS) and a Diploma in Buddhist Mindfulness and Mental Health from the University of Toronto. I specialize in managing stress, depression, emotional disturbances, and unresolved past experiences.
We've all had moments of irritability, gloominess, discomfort, or feeling out of sorts without fully understanding why. Often, we endure these feelings alone, affecting our social connections and personal lives. Much of this stress and emotional struggle can stem from difficult experiences and the challenge of balancing responsibilities with the desire for peace and fulfillment. These feelings may also be influenced by unconscious childhood experiences. If you’ve read this far, it might be a sign that you’re ready to seek support and explore solutions.
With my background as an immigrant and extensive workforce experience, I know firsthand how overwhelming stress and emotional challenges can be. My approach provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore these issues. I tailor each session to your unique needs, enhancing self-awareness and focusing on the present. I integrate techniques such as spiritually integrated therapy, emotion-focused therapy, CBT, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness approaches, and more. Together, we'll develop effective coping strategies and uncover the best path for your growth, helping you thrive and reach your full potential.

I am fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I offer therapy sessions online via Zoom and occasionally in person. I am available most weekdays, including evenings.
