ABOUT
My approach to psychological assessment and therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. Whether the goal is to better understand a diagnosis, explore and develop strategies for coping, or create a plan for growth, I work collaboratively with clients and families to build trust, highlight strengths, and support meaningful change.
I provide psychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults, including the identification of learning, attentional, autism spectrum and mental health concerns. I also offer psychotherapy, integrating evidence-based approaches to create individualized plans that reflect each client’s current concerns in the context of their unique history, personal strengths and goals for therapy. I am a registered member of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario practicing in the area of clinical psychology.
