Taking the risk to explore our secrets and revealing our fears is never easy, but it’s courageous. Together,  will explore the complications in your life and craft new ways of seeing and being, to create a more fulfilling life.

My approach in therapy is to ensure individuals feel safe and heard by providing an empathetic and non-judgemental space. As a therapist, I believe everyone has the power and knowledge to create a better life for themselves. I am here with my skills and tools to support you on your journey towards fulfillment.

I employ various evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Culturally and Spiritually informed Therapy based on an individual client’s needs.

My practice focuses on young adults and adults experiencing various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, self esteem, hoarding, grief and loss, spiritual and cultural concerns. I offer both in person and virtual sessions, crafting a supportive and inspiring environment to help you explore and heal.
