I am interested in helping you find your voice to establish and uphold boundaries. My therapeutic vision aims to bring awareness to your personal strengths, improve the quality of your relationships, and to empower you to live a more authentic life. Together, we can work toward self-compassion, autonomy, and acceptance.

A note on mindfulness: Mindfulness requires an active and engaged awareness of present circumstances. It includes the practice of bringing awareness and acceptance to thoughts and feelings without perceiving them as good or bad. At Mindful Wellness Psychotherapy, mindfulness practices are discussed and encouraged as they may be leveraged to address self-criticism, shame, guilt, and judgment.
