With mental health and addiction there comes this terrible feeling of powerlessness, shame and loss of control. Sometimes reaching out for help seems like too much. I would like to help you find that way forward. With over 17 years of my own recovery and 10 years working as a psychotherapist I have the experience and skill set to help you. I have honed and specialized my skills towards helping people recover from addictions such as sex, gambling, gaming and substances. I have also developed skills in trauma, grief and couples issues. It's hard to reach out for help. And when you finally do, how do you know if it's the right person to help you? How do you know if you will feel comfortable with that person?
