ABOUT
Welcome to my practice. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive and is person-centered. I am an integrative therapist and my clients describe my sessions as warm, supportive, and welcoming, where its okay to laugh while doing meaningful work. Holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I am driven by a genuine curiosity about human experiences.
