ABOUT
Welcome to Human Connections Counselling and Consulting. My mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to facilitate and promote client growth and awareness so that clients may live a more fulfilling life. I am a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical practice experience providing counselling, case management and consulting services to individuals, families, and organizations. My counselling style is eclectic allowing me to draw from a variety of modalities based on your goals and our interactions. Understanding that clients are often looking for practical, transformative tools, I tend to adopt a solution-focused approach.
People seek counselling for many reasons. You may be looking for strategies to manage life and relational issues, parenting challenges, or workplace concerns. Perhaps you are involved in a conflict and need support to resolve it. Or maybe you are questioning your gender or sexuality. Whatever the reasons for seeking counselling, Human Connections can help clients explore various issues and assist in developing strategies to work through them. At Human Connections, therapy is client driven; therapy sessions involve active client participation in the process. This means that clients set therapy goals and outcomes. |
