Hi, I'm Jenine, and I help individuals who've been experiencing stress, anxiety and burnout to gain a greater sense of calm and control in their lives. Additionally, I'm also experienced in supporting clients dealing with depression and challenging life transitions, such as breakups and career changes.

When working together, I'll be in your corner as you explore your emotions, process your thoughts and take the next steps toward achieving your goals. In addition to providing personalized and evidence-based treatment, I'm also committed to creating a safe and warm environment where you feel supported in every session.
