York Wellness is a collective of mental health & wellness practitioners sharing space in a century home on Main Street in Newmarket, Ontario.  Members enjoy access to 11 offices,  2 waiting rooms, a large group space, board room, lounge, kitchen, gender-neutral washrooms, and private parking.

​As part of the Wellness Collective Network, our mission is to foster a welcoming and collaborative environment where members can flourish in their own practice while also having the support of a vibrant professional community.

York Wellness is located within in a century home on the historic Main Street in Newmarket Ontario.  Reaching out for help can be hard, so we designed office spaces that make it easier.  Each room is decorated with cozy comfort in mind and is large enough to offer social distancing for individuals, couples and families to meet with their mental health or wellness provider.

MISSION

York Wellness was founded in 2019 and is a member of the Wellness Collective Network.   Our core mission is creating community. In a collective, we support each other's growth & development as practitioners, colleagues, & business owners.  With growth & development, we thrive and in turn we can better support our broader communities. 

Working in a mental health or wellness practice can be demanding, stressful & isolating . We're here to change that! We believe that when we reach out and support each other, magical things happen. 

VALUES

Our values guide our actions to support all mental health & wellness practitioners.  If your practice is in-person, virtual, or a blend of the two, we can help you thrive.  
  • Flexible: You'll never be asked to sign a long-term agreement - unless you want one - and you'll have access to on-demand, by the hour office space. 
  • Community: Formal peer meetings every month, with plenty of informal support in between. 
  • Comfort: Offices are fully furnished and artfully decorated. The offices are within a century home with plenty of cozy and comfortable vibes. Confidential spaces make the collective a great option for conducting virtual and in-person work.​​
  • Ease: Fast wifi, printer, shredder and office supplies ready to go whenever you are.  
  • Safe: We offer a secure building, COVID screening measures, cleaning procedures and offices large enough for social distancing with Dyson air purification.
  • Location, Location, Location: Situated on historic Main Street in Newmarket, we are a short walk from the local hospital and community services, not to mention the best coffee and restaurants in town!  We also offer limited on-site parking with free city parking minutes away & less than a 5 minute walk from the GO Train, GO Bus and York Region Transit.

MEMBERSHIP & FEES

Individual Flexible Membership: Members can book space as needed, whenever space is available in the scheduling system.
  • Membership Fee: $30/month
  • Room Booking Fee: $20/hour or $10/30-min
Individual Monthly Membership: Members secure a consistent booking that includes day, time and office used. ​
If a monthly members needs extra time outside of their schedule, no problem! Just add it on-demand ($20/hour or $10/30-min)
  • 4-hour block/week: $276/month (~$17.25/hour, based on a 4-week month)
  • 2, 4-hours blocks/week: $480/month (~$15/hour, based on a 4-week month)
  • 8-Hour Block: $464/month (~$14.50/hour, based on a 4-week month)
  • 3, 4-Hour Blocks: $624/month (~$13/hour, based on a 4-week month)
  • 8-Hour Block + 4-Hour Block: $600/month (~$12.50/hour, based on a 4-week month) 
  • Two, 8-Hour Blocks: $704/month (~$11/hour, based on a 4-week month)
  • Three, 8-Hour Blocks: $864/month (~$9/hour, based on a 4-week month)​​
  • Four, 8-Hour Blocks: $960/month (~$7.50/hour, based on a 4-week month)
  • Five, 8-Hour Blocks: $1,120/month (~$7/hour, based on a 4-week month)
Full-Time Membership: Members secure their own, private office. 
  • $1,620/month
Group Practice Membership: A group practice and their ICs or Employees may join the collective
  • $50/month membership fee
  • $15/month per practitioner who has access to the space
  • Standard Flex and Block fees apply
