ABOUT

Being a woman is so hard. Between all of your responsibilities, you’ve been just barely hanging on for as long as you can remember. You’re feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, worried, or sad. You feel like you need to put everyone else first, but the problem is that you never get around to you. You’re feeling stuck, and you’re ready to do something about it. Whether you're a young woman trying to figure it all out, a new mom struggling to adjust with postpartum anxiety or postpartum depression, or just feel overwhelmed by life in general, you're in the right place. I've been there and I get it. 

Together we will find ways to help you feel calm, content, and happy again. Our conversations can help you feel validated and supported, see a new perspective, notice the existing strengths and skills in yourself, and discover new ideas. You can start to feel like yourself again, and find your new identity.

I'm a mom myself and have over 12 years of experience as a counsellor. I have specific training in parent mental health, as well as a special interest in supporting women from young adulthood into middle age.
