Whether you are new to therapy or looking for a fresh perspective, I work with people who feel overwhelmed and stuck. Stuck in their grief, fears, or memories—stuck in a job or a relationship that no longer satisfies—stuck with intense emotions that can hijack the mind and derail daily life. What can help is someone to explore how old MOs may be in need of an update. Nothing you have been through needs to limit where you go from here.
My training and experience are diverse, which allows me to tailor my work to the complexity of each individual. Since past experiences shape how you see yourself and the world, I offer insight and practical skills to help you regain a sense of self-mastery and hope for the future. Sometimes, the only way out is through. Striving to provide an intuitive and genuine presence, I want your struggles to be the gateway to liberation and independence. Compassionate awareness and courage will help us explore your life and figure out how to get where you want to be. Ultimately, I want to see you grow and thrive - better than ever. |
