ABOUT

I am passionate about working with people of all ages and abilities. Have you noticed feeling tired, anxious, overwhelmed? Do you spend a lot of time just holding things together and you're tired. Or maybe it’s your child struggling. To everyone else it looks like they have it all but you are all too familiar with the call from school in the middle of your work day to pick them up. Maybe a specific event occurred and you want you or your child help to process it. I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Supporting you towards peace, and healing. 

I believe in creating a customized approach for each of my clients as everyone is unique. In order to achieve this I use evidence-based methods including  Neurofeedback, EMDR, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, CBT, DBT, Music Therapy and Mindfulness.
