ABOUT

I believe in you. Whether you’re a teen, adult, or young at heart, I will listen and walk with you on your healing journey. 

If you are struggling with the relationship with yourself, parents, partner or others, I will support you with learning new coping strategies and behaviours. Together we will figure out how to best take care of yourself in those relationships.

I work from a client centered and collaborative perspective. I specialize in addiction/substance use, low self esteem and mental health including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and childhood trauma. I have had over 20 years of social work and psychotherapy experience and want to work with you to help you feel better in your own skin and empower you in the world you live in.
