Are you experiencing difficult and overwhelming emotions after a difficult event (such as a break up or traumatic incident)? Stressed with school, relationships or family? Is life not looking the way you hoped it would?
 
My name is Megan, I am an anti-one-size fits all therapist and former guidance counsellor who has works with folks in their teens and early adulthood. I come with over fifteen years of experience supporting individuals in community mental health and school settings.
 
Learning who you are and where you fit in is one of life's biggest journeys. You are not alone. Therapy can be a safe space to process some of the challenges you are having. Together, we will work on finding new skills to help you cope, problem solve and adapt to all the adventures and heart ache life brings.
