ABOUT

It's understandable to feel stressed out or shut down when life is hard; situations difficult and relationships confusing. We usually cannot control our outside experiences, at times making it hard to cope. I work with people who want to enhance their ability to respond to life’s challenges with greater ease, confidence, and knowing. I support individuals to overcome feelings of anxiety and depression, difficult situations, early childhood experiences, and trauma. I will gently guide you through a process of discussion and reflection to promote understanding and awareness, moving towards a happier version of you.

It is my goal to offer you a safe space to connect to your inner experience, honour your needs, identify your goals, and acquire new skills to enhance your well-being. I work from a client centred perspective, informed by psychodynamic and trauma informed theories. At times art therapy, intersectional feminism, and mindfulness approaches are incorporated.

I'm here to support you to gain new insights and opportunities for self growth. I work with adults, teens, and children 8 years of age and older.
