ABOUT
We all face challenging situations in our lives. However, people experience difficult circumstances differently, which changes the way they perceive, approach, and manage it. Oftentimes, it is the early and accumulated life experiences that individuals go through that shapes one’s ability to cope and navigate. My goal is to assist you to develop the insight, skillsets, and strategies to begin taking control of your stressful situations.

My approach is client-centered, non-judgmental, collaborative, anti-oppressive, and empathic. I believe that each person is the expert in their own lives, and so our work together will focus on the goals and direction that you identify.

I offer in-person and virtual sessions (and offer the flexibility for you to change each session). I also offer a free initial phone consultation so that we can get to know each other and you can decide if I am a good fit for you.
