ABOUT
My approach is collaborative, anti-oppressive, non-judgmental and compassionate. I work alongside you to create goals and make progress towards the life you want.

I specialize in individual and family treatment of eating disorders.  I also support individuals through difficult transitions, experiences of low self-worth/esteem and perfectionism.  

I believe that therapy should be accessible so I offer virtual sessions that you can attend from the comfort of home. I also offer a free phone consultation so that you can get to know me and ask questions about the therapy process before we meet.
